This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to many great cafes and attractions. The staff were friendly and spoke great English, which made it easy to navigate the area and plan my trip. I also appreciated the flexibility in check-in and check-out times, which allowed me to make the most of my stay.

The walls in the rooms were quite thin and I could hear my neighbors partying until the early hours of the morning. the heating system made a constant noise that was difficult to sleep through.

we greatly enjoyed staying at kokkola. we used free parking onsite. we would come back for sure on our next trip to kokkola.

Easy access to Kokkola-Pietarsaari airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away. One of the dining options, Phrikthai was 15 mins walk away. Lovely place for a city break in Kokkola

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is superb, right in the center of town and within walking distance to restaurants. The staff here are amazing, always accommodating and helpful. The room amenities were excellent, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a nice touch, and the rooms themselves were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. this venue provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

The hotel is located directly in the centre of Kokkola. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful. Hot drinks were available free of charge throughout the day. The hotel offers free parking, both in an underground car park and in a nearby parking lot.

The rooms could be furnished in a more modern way or could be painted again.

We loved the flexibility of this hotel with check-in and check-out times. It was great that we could check-in earlier and check-out later than usual. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, and the facilities were impressive - we particularly enjoyed the workout options available during our short stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and our room had a comfy bed with all the amenities we needed. Additionally, the hotel's location in the center of the city made it very easy to reach places of interest, including the parks.

Our stay at the hotel in the center of Kokkola was fantastic! The free private parking and strong wifi were a big plus, especially when traveling with kids. The play corner next to the reception kept our little ones entertained, and having plates and utensils for children at breakfast was a thoughtful touch. We also enjoyed the late-night Finnish coffee downstairs. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from.

Basic clean hotel. We just stayed in this small town because it's the one with the airport in that area. It's really not anywhere to "visit" - there's not much there. The hotel was fine, free internet, and breakfast (but we were gone before breakfast anyway.) The people working there were really nice.

There was free coffee and tea. The whole day the lobby could be used with many seating possibilities.
